Edmonton Mennonite Guest House
Working together with a non-profit organization, ESC managed and coordinated the construction of an 8-suite guest house in Edmonton, AB. Our work included creating and monitoring a budget and schedule, and reporting to the building committee.
Ribstone Dairy Barn
ESC managed the design and construction of a new dairy barn, including applying for applicable NRCB and building permits. The barn featured sand bedding with a flush system, a rotary milker and was constructed with tilt-up concrete panels cast on site. ESC worked closely with the financial manager and banking professional to provide the current financial reports.
Grande Prairie Shop
ESC managed and coordinated the completion of this 16,000 sf precast shop and 4,000 sf office building. This included doors, windows, mechanical, electrical, slabs, interior finishing, exterior painting, services, yard prep, paving, and site fencing.
Skywest - Rosebud Colony
ESC managed and coordinated the development, building, D.O.T., water, and wastewater permits, layout & design, and construction for a new colony, including services, site prep, housing, laundry, grain handling, etc. ESC Project Management worked closely with the financial manager and the accounting firm to provide up-to-date financial reports.
Pembina Law Office
ESC managed and coordinated the tenant improvement, which included polishing the existing concrete floor, real brick columns, a kitchenette, private offices, and a boardroom
Stahlville Colony
ESC managed and coordinated the development permit process for a new colony within Wheatland County. This included engaging engineering professionals for water, soil, and the layout and design of the new colony site, as well as land-use changes, town hall meetings, and coordination with the Wheatland County planning and development department.
Westlock Ford Renovation
ESC managed and coordinated the renovation and construction of updates required by Fordland. We worked closely with the owner to develop a construction budget and schedule that kept the business operational during the renovation.
Wheatland Colony
ESC managed and coordinated the development permit process for a new colony within Wheatland County. This included engaging engineering professionals for water, soil, and the layout and design of the new colony site, as well as land-use changes, town hall meetings, and coordination with the Wheatland County planning and development department.
Manola Colony
ESC managed and coordinated the design and engineering of a river water intake, water storage pond, and wastewater lagoon. This included applying for and obtaining a river water diversion license and a permit for a new wastewater lagoon.
Smoky Lake Colony
ESC managed and coordinated the design, engineering, permitting and construction of a firewall for a cabinet shop expansion.
Birch Meadows Slaughterhouse
ESC managed and coordinated architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design and engineering along with the erection of a 15,578 sf precast commercial slaughter facility.
Woodgrove Layer Barn
ESC managed and coordinated the trucking and erection of the precast panels for a layer barn.
